Day 214: The Small Bouts of Nausea Continue

Similar to yesterday morning, when my alarm went off at 6:00a I went back to sleep until around 7:15a adding up to nearly 8.5 hours of sleep. I’m assuming this is the fatigue from the chemo meds hence why it was recommended to take it right before bed. When I woke up I was feeling a bit more nauseous than yesterday but felt well enough that I was able to take care of Sasha and Darren.

Day 212: Blood Work, Chemo and A Hard Spartan Workout

While vacations are nice, it felt amazing to sleep in our own bed. I was able to get just shy of 7 hours of sleep after not really sleeping consistently over the weekend. I had an early appointment to get blood drawn to see if the levels that our neuro-oncologist was concerned about had come back up. Day 204: Trying Spartan WODs for March

With another 8 hours of sleep last night I hit a 10-day streak for the first time in a couple of months. It feels good to hit a 10-day sleep streak due to the focus that I have been putting on sleep. The one thing that this doesn’t take into consideration is when I get close to 7 hours of sleep. There are many times that I still get 6.75 hours of sleep though that doesn’t count since I set my goal at 7 hours per night.
