Going through all of the final checks with the doctors since we're going HOME today!!! 

After 12 days in the hospital it will be awesome to see Sasha and Darren, sleep in my own bed, be able to binge watch Netflix and start taking my vitamins again. 

The trip to the car, the ride home, going up our stairs and getting settled will completely drain me. It'll be the most physical activity since the seizures but I'm going to tackle it like everything else so far - one step at a time. 

I am still immobile in dual shoulder slings but that won't change for a long time. I'll have to come back to the hospital every day for IV antibiotics and I will have a handful of doctors' appointments between Monday and the brain surgery.
